Hi! I'm Cari Rowan and I live and practice Craniosacral Therapy in beautiful Asheville NC. A new client said to me the other day:

Regardless of your situation, my goal is always to listen to what your body is asking for, because it has ways to ask clearly for what it needs. My job is to listen, with hands, heart and full body presence.


I don't treat conditions. I treat people who have conditions. Each body has its' own history and way of healing.


I have over 25 years experience in helping people through their healing and transformation processes. I am a Nationally Certified Somatic Therapist, NY State LMT and NC State LMBT(# 9515)and a Upledger-Certified CranioSacral Therapist. I also have a Master's degree in counseling and am a Full Body Presence Practitioner and Presenter.
