Directions to my Clinic at Old Abbey, Waterfall, Co. Cork.
Starting Point: At the BANDON ROAD ROUNDABOUT, take the exit marked "SOUTH RING ROAD (WEST)" (This is also marked for "Tralee/Macroom"). Drive for approximately 2 miles and take the 2nd exit marked for "BALLINCOLLIG/ KANTURK/ BLARNEY". You immediately come onto a mini-roundabout. Take the first exit off this mini-roundabout marked for CURAHEEN. You come to a T-JUNCTION after a few seconds. TURN RIGHT at this T-junction. Drive for approx. 0.8 miles and you come to a crossroads. TURN LEFT. You should now be going up a hill. After 2 miles on this road, you come to a staggered crossroads – drive straight through. We are located about a quarter of a mile on your left after the crossroads. You cannot see the Centre from the road (as there is a long driveway into it) – but there is a stone wall at the entrance with a green Croi Ban sign on it.
