My name is Angel-Rose Davis, and I practice at Heart and Soul Craniosacral Therapy, Massage and Bodywork in Spring Hill, Florida.


I work with people of all ages, with a special focus on families during the childbearing year and special needs populations. I enjoy using a combination of CranioSacral Therapy and art to help women work through fears and issues surrounding childbirth, helping them come to trust their own power in the birth process.


My approach to working with children echos this sentiment with a strong focus on empowering the parents and treating the child as an integral part of the whole family and vice versa.


The rest of my practice spans the age spectrum, and I have particular success using CranioSacral Therapy for neck pain, low back pain, and migraines.


I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy for 10 years. I am a Certified CranioSacral Therapist and I am also a certified presenter and teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute. I have been teaching Share Care, Overview, and Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy in cooperation with the Upledger Institute for 5 years. My additional training as an occupational therapy assistant, massage therapist, birth doula, childbirth educator, infant massage instructor, and Reiki master fill out the framework of skills I have to offer my clients.
