My name is Fred Stahlman, PT, CST-D. I have been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 1986. My practice is a holistic physical therapy practice that focuses on CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral manipulation, Lymphatic drainage and a variety of manual therapy approaches.

I have also been teaching Craniosacral Therapy I and II since 1990.

My practice is primarily focused on children and adults with a variety of musculoskeletal strain patterns and systemic problems associated with biasing of the sympathetic nervous system. My treatment philosophy is to create a safe healing environment where the individual has the opportunity to embrace their intrinsic healing potential and personal empowerment capabilities.
