Why go for Craniosacral Therapy? Hi there, my name is Susan Cotta and my practice includes infants to our elders. I incorporate a variety of techniques from CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT)- including the new brain techniques, Visceral Manipulation (VM), Maya Abdominal Massage and various other physical therapy and complimentary techniques to help people with a variety of symptoms and for well-care.


I have been teaching CST 1 for the Upledger Institute since 1999. My book "I Can Show You I Care: Compassionate Touch for Children" is used in the Compassionate Touch programs throughout the world to help teach the compassionate touch (direction of energy technique).
