Why go for Craniosacral Therapy? Hello there - we are Heath and Mike Wilson based at The Heath Wilson Clinic in Co. Clare, Ireland.
Heath discovered CranioSacral Therapy after a riding accident followed by a number of car accidents and falls which compounded her situation. After a series of attending MANY G.P's, Hospitals, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, we found a Cranial Osteopath who opened the door for us and we discovered Upledeger CranioSacral Therapy-the rest is history.
Initially Autism and Cerebral Palsy figured high on our time and we also developed a reputation helping back sufferers, as well as maintaining the sanity of mothers who have children with Infantile Disorders such as: Birth Trauma, Colic,Feeding Problems, to name a few.
We enjoy promoting the importance of ALL babies having craniosacral treatment after they are born and are encouraging midwives to train.
We have found that CranioSacral Therapy strengthens YOUR body's ability to take better care of YOU. It helps alleviate a range of illness, pain and dysfunction, including: Migraine, Headaches, Sinusitis, Chronic Neck and Back Pain, Motor-Coordination Impairments, Stress and Tension related problems, Recurring Chest Infections, Traumatic Brain and Spinal Chord Injuries, Chronic Fatigue, Central Nervous System, Emotional Difficulties, Temperomandibular Joint Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Orthopaedic Problems-and MANY other conditions.
We had the honour of introducing "The Upledger Institute Ireland" on behalf of John E. Upledger D.O; O.M.M. of the "Upledger Institute Inc". We no longer run the Institute but have a great deal of experience to offer the public who are keen to receive the therapy.
We are fortunate that we, apart from completing the required workshops,have the experience of "The Brain Speaks", "Paediatrics", "Empowerment Through Discovery", "Beyond The Dura", and "Advanced Dolphin Therapy Workshop" in the Bahamas, as well as work with Dolphins in Isla Palma-Columbia, Israel, Portugal, Australia and Brazil,we are hoping to return to Brazil as soon as the economic climate improves.
