Winds of Change Craniosacral Therapy and Holistic Therapies, Washington D.C.

Why go for Craniosacral Therapy? Hello. My name is Eduardo Cortina, licensed massage therapist. I fell in love with Craniosacral Therapy in 1994 when I experienced my first session. I practice in the DC area (since 1998) and am one of the few techniques-certified practitioners locally.

I focus on adults but also work with children and infants. My specialty is working with people with trauma, both emotional and physical. I've studied many other modalities but CST is the centerpiece of my practice. I find that CST gets to the core of the healing for many people and I've experienced amazing results both for myself and clients.

It's nothing magical or mysterious. Through gentle and skilled touch, CST induces deep states of relaxation and taps into the body's own natural healing forces. A skilled practitioner merely facilitates the healing process. Your body's own intelligence (much greater than any physician's or therapist's) restores your health and well being.

I really enjoy sharing CST. If you suffer from chronic pain, tension, stress, or just want to experience greater levels of health CST might be right for you. Feel free to contact me with questions via e-mail or phone.

Eduardo-The Best
by: Anonymous

I have been going to Eduardo, as needed, for several years. Over the years, I have been to a number of other hands-on therapists, e.g. physical therapists, occupational, massage, and cranial sacral. Eduardo is without a doubt in the excellent, or highest category. He not only has training in many techniques that he can draw on, but he has the heart and wisdom to help one's body heal without hurting it. Too many hands-on body workers cannot be trusted to respect your body and know how not to hurt it. My body and life is profoundly improved because of Eduardo's work. Even immediately after a major trauma such as a car accident, Eduardo can be trusted to help the body and not hurt it. He is a professional in the best sense of the word.
